About the role
If you’re a motivated security leader looking to shape the future of secure digital services across the Victorian Government, we want to hear from you! As the Service Lead, Identity and Operational Security, you will drive the strategic direction of our identity and security services, ensuring they are secure‑by‑design, commercially sustainable, and aligned with government standards. You’ll lead security uplift across cloud, identity, endpoint, network and data security, partner closely with our CISO, and guide the development of modern, customer‑focused security capabilities that protect critical government information.
The role will see you:
Identifying, developing and deliver strategies that support the sustainability of related services, to best position the organisation for future government funding opportunities.
Leading Identity and Security service strategies and transformation using principles such as Total Cost of Ownership, Profitability and Loss Leaders.
Drive the performance of related Identity and Security services against the stated objectives of the organisation
Deploying a range of cyber security products as a service
Working with the pricing and catalogue team to design documents for technology roadmaps
To succeed in the role, you will have experience with the following:
