Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking a motivated and professional Executive Support Officer to join the Clinical Care Division in this ongoing part‑time role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrative professional looking to support senior leadership, contribute to a high-performing operational environment, and make a meaningful difference within a dynamic and evolving health service.
The Contract: Ongoing, Part Time 72.0 hours per fortnight
About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director Clinical Care, this role provides high‑level administrative and organisational support to the Operational Directors. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, diary and meeting coordination, preparing agendas and minutes, supporting reporting requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring strong communication across the division. Success in this role requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative executive support team.
