About the role
South West Healthcare is seeking an experienced Allied Health professional to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director of Allied Health. This strategic leadership role drives the transformation, growth, and delivery of high quality multidisciplinary healthcare across the South West region of Victoria.
The Director of Allied Health will shape services, innovate, and lead Allied Health and Ambulatory Rehabilitation teams across our four campuses. You will also collaborate with other healthcare providers and local communities to ensure services meet evolving needs.
As a key leader within the Primary and Community Services Directorate, you will champion strategic priorities, foster multidisciplinary collaboration, and maximise the impact of Allied Health in patient care.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity for Allied Health professionals ready to advance their career into senior leadership, influencing service design, delivery, and innovation across a dynamic health organisation.
