The Opportunity:
The Capital Works Department at Holmesglen manages the planning, development, and delivery of major infrastructure projects across the Institute, including the construction, renovation, and refurbishment of campus facilities. Working closely with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants, the department ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards, supporting modern, safe, and functional environments for students, staff, and visitors.
The Capital Works Administrator provides high-level operational and systems coordination for the Capital Works Division, overseeing project management systems that support the planning, delivery and monitoring of capital projects. The role ensures compliance with procurement and legislative requirements across tenders and contracts, administers and improves project, asset and financial management systems, and contributes specialist input to the Institute’s Strategic Asset Master Plan, Asset Management Plan and sustainability initiatives to support timely project delivery and divisional priorities.
